Ever since General Hospital let Sonny in on Nina’s S-E-C-ret, she’s sung one chorus after another of “It can’t be over. I still love him. We’ll get through this.” But it would appear that she’s gonna whistle a very different tune in the Tuesday, April 9, episode.

We had a hunch that something was up when a spoiler for the day noted that things get heated between Nina and new boss Drew. Yes, he should hate her with a fiery passion for getting him sent to Pentonville. And he shouldn’t exactly be her favorite person, either, what with him firing her from Crimson and all. (Never mind that he hired her back… )

But hey, if Carly could still want Sonny after he shot in the head all those years ago, anything is possible!

Besides, next Cameron Mathison posted to his Instagram page a little preview in which he and castmate Cynthia Watros are stripped down to their skivvies. “Wait… ” he captioned the series of pics. “What just happened?”

Oh, we think it’s pretty obvious what happened — and that by the last photo Nina is already trying to insist that it was a mistake, it’ll never happen again, she loves Sonny, Sonny and only Sonny. Mm-hmm. Good luck selling that one, lady!
