General Hospital: Drew Cain Vows Revenge on Nina Reeves

Not long ago, on GH, Drew Cain loathed Nina Reeves and was obsessed with making her pay for everything she did to him. Fans will recall that she turned him and Carly Corinthos Spencer into the SEC. Although he chose to go to prison for Carly, Nina put them in that position in the first place by turning them in.

Carly did commit insider trading when ELQ was trying to merge with Aurora Media. But she did it out of a good place and didn’t realize she was committing a crime on General Hospital. Nina exploited that because she was angry at Carly for the part she played in keeping her away from her daughters, Nelle Benson and Willow Tait.

So, when Drew came home from Pentonville, he was a very different person — he was hardened, bitter, and bent on revenge. Indeed, his need for vengeance was the beginning of the end for him and Carly. But once he and Carly split, things shifted for Drew and Nina.

Twisted Affair Begins on GH

After Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) left Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright) he wound up letting Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) go back to running Crimson Magazine. Because he owns Aurora Media and Crimson, he’s her boss and they work together.

They still can’t stand each other, but after a heated argument resulted in Drew’s shirt getting ripped off, they haven’t been able to keep their hands off each other. It’s clear that they’re softening toward each other on General Hospital.

Drew is even helping Nina reconcile with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). They’re working side by side and getting along better. Furthermore, Nina got Drew a meeting with her family friend, Congressman Larry McConkey (Sam McMurray).

Not only did he agree to endorse Drew’s project, he wants him to run for Congressman and take his place. And that could wind up putting him even closer to Nina on General Hospital.

General Hospital Prediction: Drew & Nina Become a Real Couple?

Indeed, it looks like Drew is jumping into politics and running for office. Of course, Nina will find out soon and she may end up helping him. Especially because she’s close to Congressman McConkey. It’s also likely that Nina’s devolving genuine feelings for Drew — even if she won’t admit it.

So, the former enemies could very well be on their way to becoming a real couple. Perhaps, it will help Drew’s campaign if they do. Indeed, their romance would be beneficial for both of them. But, it could become the real thing before they know it.
