These days, most people probably recognize Chrishell from the hit Netflix series “Selling Sunset.” In the show, her character navigates the glamorous yet cutthroat world of luxury real estate. The Young and the Restless: Know All About Chrishell’s Down Under Adventure

The Young and the Restless star first captured audiences as Amanda on ”All My Children.” Then she switched over to ”Days of Our Lives” to play the complex role of Jordan, a physical therapist with a dark side. Later, she opened a can of worms on Y&R as Bethany. Stause’s character was entangled in the scandalous affair between Billy and Phyllis.

Since joining “Selling Sunset” in 2019, Stause hasn’t completely left her acting roots behind. However, her appearances on soaps have been quite irregular, with her returning to DOOL only a few times. But now, Chrishell Stause is gearing up to dive back into the soap opera scene with a fresh new role. She is joining the cast of Amazon Freevee’s Australian soap opera, “Neighbours.” The soap has been considered a staple in Australian television for decades.

The beloved series is popular for launching the careers of numerous stars, including Chris Hemsworth. The Young and the Restless alum is stepping into this iconic soap as Yasmine “Yas” Shields. She’s a glamorous and successful businesswoman who is keen on an exciting new opportunity.  Furthermore, Executive producer Jason Herbison expressed his enthusiasm about Stause joining the cast.

“We created a character, especially for her, and we can’t wait for her to bring the storyline alive,” Herbison said. Interestingly, the showrunner promised intrigue and surprises for the residents of Ramsay Street! As for the Young and the Restless fame, Stause herself is ecstatic about the opportunity. “Coming from the world of soaps in the U.S., it’s back to my first love in the entertainment industry.”

And guess what? Chrishell decided to do the show right away after getting the brief about her character. The specifics of her screen time and duration on the show are still under wraps. But Stause is set to begin filming in Australia in July, and we couldn’t be more excited!
