Many jaws hit the floor when mega-villain fell dead on General Hospital. While fans had seen him going down several times before, this time it felt rather final. And given how popular a baddie Ryan had been for decades, many fans were not really prepared to bid him a forever goodbye!

But hey, “final goodbyes” are really questionable on soaps. Especially, General Hospital, that has seen almost every villain return from their graves one way or the other at least once! So, maybe, there is a chance that Ryan may just rise back from his grave! Even though the makers did go down the body-bad route and showed us close-ups of his corpse.

Fans, will remember that the villain met his end in 2023, when Mac Scorpio shot him at Spoon Island. However, General Hospital keeps finding ways to name drop him. Even in the recent episode, Heather Webber mentioned Ryan to Laura Collins. We wonder, if the name dropping is a foreshadowing effort before bringing him back!

In fact, in a recent chat with Soaps.com Ryan’s portrayer – Jon Lindstrom confirmed that Ryan could come back to life on General Hospital. He addressed that his recent death did sort of look final, but we can’t put it past the soap’s writers to find a creative way to bring Ryan back.

Even previously, Ryan was presumed dead after getting involved in a blast. But he did eventually return to wreak yet another round of havoc on General Hospital! So what do you say?
