Emotions have been running high on the The Bold and the Beautiful ever since news spread that Steffy stabbed her through the heart and killed her husband’s biological mother. While Finn is left struggling with his feelings, and told Steffy he needs time to process what she did — self defense or not — Deacon is devastated, Ridge is elated and others are simply just in shock.

Last week, we speculated the possibility that Shelia may in fact not be dead and that someone from her past took on her identity when attempting to attack Steffy. After all, no one, that we know of, has done the one thing that could prove that the woman Steffy stabbed was Sheila… No one has looked for the missing toe.

Well, that may change today when Kyra Selman makes her daytime debut as a morgue assistant in the Tuesday, March 5, episode, as first reported by Soap Opera Digest. The character’s duties will include preparing the body for postmortem examination so if it’s missing a toe, that will be noted — and if it’s not, then, well, that would prove the woman on the slab is not Sheila.

However, like we speculated before, even if a toe is missing we wouldn’t put it past Sheila to insist that the woman who tried to attack Steffy, wearing her face, have her toe removed as well. Stay tuned!
