Heather’s love life on Young & Restless gives new meaning to “it’s complicated”, but offscreen, her portrayer Vail Bloom is enjoying a hassle-free existence with her real-life sweetheart!

Bloom, who returned to Young & Restless as Heather to shake up Daniel and Lily’s romantic reunion after a stint on Bravo’s Vanderpump Rules, took to social media to introduce her new beau, Maxwell Shepherd, who runs two renovation, construction, and property management companies, as well as an art and photography venture.

Captioned, “My Ocean”, Bloom dropped a photo dump that included the couple sharing meals, board games, kisses… and even a bath! Yes, the outdoor tub is something to see. Goals!

Bloom also shared a romantic quote: “Important encounters are planned by the souls long before the bodies see each other.”

We’re sure Lily would be offended by us saying so, but when you think about it, those words could apply to Daniel and Heather, who remained connected by their love even while living apart and while dating others… making it almost inevitable that they would wind up back in each other’s arms.
