Steffy might try to shake it off and tell herself that she’s safe since she believes Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) is long gone.

It was traumatic for Steffy to take Sheila out in self-defense, but at least it’s given her some peace of mind.

However, B&B buzz hints that Sheila may come roaring back when Steffy least expects it. That brings us back to the possibility of another unsettling night at the cliff house.

It’d be interesting to see a repeat scenario where Steffy hears noises and grows concerned about an intruder. Even if Steffy doesn’t think it’s Sheila, she could get a bit panicky over someone breaking in.

Steffy might be cooking dinner again while John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) is still at work.

If Steffy grabs a knife off the counter to defend herself once more, this cliff house ambush could bring a sense of déjà vu!

Steffy might end up with another mess on her hands if she jabs the actual Sheila this time around. The first one was probably a lookalike, but now Steffy could strike the real Sheila instead.

On the other hand, Steffy might grab something a little less dangerous in this case – like a bookend or a statuette to knock the intruder out with.

It’s even possible Sheila could keel over from another heart attack once she comes face to face with Steffy and launches this confrontation.

Regardless, Steffy could be in for a shock if she discovers the real Sheila is on her floor.

It could offer an opportunity for a different outcome, especially for poor Finn since he’s wrestling with the fact that he couldn’t save Sheila.

Steffy might call 911 and get the paramedics over there, but Sheila could make it to the hospital this time. Finn could become the doctor who comes to Sheila’s rescue once she’s wheeled in.

Bottom line, Steffy would be spooked more than you could possibly imagine if Sheila showed up at her house.

It’d be pretty horrifying for Steffy, but it could potentially give Finn a chance to keep the real Sheila alive.
