When the cameras start rolling on The Bold and the Beautiful, Romy Park takes on the role of Poppy, while Joshua Hoffman portrays R.J. However, when the scenes are filmed for the day, or maybe in between shots, all seriousness is set aside and the fun begins — without any help from Poppy’s magical mints! The CBS soap actress posted a video on social media to give fans a glimpse into just how much fun the daytime stars have during their downtime.

“We don’t have any fun on set at all… not one bit,” Park shared then went on to add, “With summer around the corner, Josh gets creative with how to stay fit whilst shooting. I got some ab work in too.”

The video began with Hoffman stating, “She weighs about like…” while gently tossing Park in the air. “Four pounds, six ounces… there’s an ounce or two in there.”

Well, it’s obvious that Hoffman works out and does some heavy weightlifting so we can see why it would feel as though Park weighed those four pounds and some ounces — and in order to up his gains, he readjusted the actress in his arms, as someone in the background shouted, “Oh, no, don’t drop her!”

But that wasn’t likely to happen, as the actor continued to do some arm curls while holding Park, as the same voice from out of the camera’s view could be heard saying, “Well, that’s how you get those biceps.” And after Hoffman set the actress down safely he stated, “Romy curls, they’re really good,” then flexed his muscles and added, “That’s how you get big.”

Their casemate, Jennifer Gareis (Donna), said it best in the comments, “Looks like you are having so much fun!” to which Park replied, “Jen! Hi, beauty! Yes, we were having a blast! Can’t wait to see your gorgeous face soon!”
