The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) recently made another pitch for a married future with Hope Logan (Annika Noelle). As Thomas once again popped the question, he stressed the fact that he was ready to be a family with Hope and the kids.

That family focus could be a hint about what’s ahead in this B&B storyline, especially if another kid gets added to the mix! What if Hope is already pregnant with Thomas’ baby?

When Hope turned down Thomas’ second proposal, she insisted she wasn’t ready for a forever commitment.

However, that forever commitment could come another way if Hope has Thomas’ bun in the oven.

Of course, Hope is already tied to Thomas permanently since they’re both raising Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri), but Douglas is growing up fast and doesn’t need his parents like a newborn would.

If Hope realizes she’s pregnant by Thomas, it could lead to her rethinking her future.

It might be enough to convince Hope that she’s ready for that forever commitment after all.

On the other hand, there’s the potential for Thomas to spin out of control now that he’s feeling so rejected.

Thomas has been on a better path for a while now, but that doesn’t mean he won’t backslide.

There’s no way to know how Thomas might react if he feels like Hope is slipping away.

If Thomas does something to scare Hope and proves they’re a toxic combination like Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) suggested, that could be a game-changer.

It could make Hope genuinely fearful about bringing Thomas’ child into the world.

Last November, Hope admitted to Liam that she might want another baby and led to him wondering if she meant with Thomas.

Although Hope didn’t confirm that, she did say she certainly didn’t intend to have another one with Liam!

All that baby talk could’ve been a setup for Hope’s next pregnancy story.
