Carly may be currently dealing with the fact that her best friend Jason is alive and back in Port Charles — and in her life — but her portrayer, Laura Wright, has spent some time away and recently had “an amazing weekend in the desert!” The ABC soap vet posted photos from her getaway with longtime boyfriend and former daytimer Wes Ramsey (ex-Peter).

“We had a blast!” Wright cheered while thanking the Tennis Channel. “Can’t wait for next year!”

So, what was the couple doing and where were they spending the majority of their time? They were at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden in California for the BNP Paribas Open. If you follow Wright, you know she and Ramsey are big tennis fans and often attend events like this.

The photo collection began with one of Wright and Ramsey, both smiling for the camera with him sporting some shades, followed by a few of the tennis courts and ending with another sweet shot of the couple, who were clearly basking in the sun and enjoying the games taking place during the day on the court below.

Earlier this year, the actress shared another set of pics from their “few days in paradise” when they took a trip to Hanalei Bay in Hawaii and spent time with family and/or friends.
