General Hospital (GH) alum star Haley Pullos wants to plea bargain with prosecutors for her 2023 felony DUI that resulted in a gruesome wreckage scene, serious injuries, and a civil lawsuit. She faces up to three years in prison for the DUI charge combined with a charge of hit-and-run.

Reports indicate that if she pleads guilty, she is more likely to receive a lighter sentence and possibly avoid jail altogether.

Pullos was charged with DUI causing injury and a felony count of driving with over 0.08 blood alcohol content causing injury.

Customarily, only one of these DUIs is prosecuted and if found guilty the actress could be sentenced to a 3-year jail term plus a $5,000 fine.

Pullos debuted as Molly Lansing-Davis on the ABC soap opera at the age of 11. The show let her go a month after her DUI.

Pullos was also charged with misdemeanor hit-and-run after allegedly hitting a parked car before the freeway crash and for that faces a maximum prison sentence of 180 days and a $1,000 fine.

On Wednesday Judge Terry Smerling was informed in a Pasadena courtroom that “the LA District Attorney and Pullos’s attorneys have been working on a potential settlement.”

According to Daily Mail the Deputy District Attorney Melany Avanessians told the court that if a plea deal is not in place by the April court date, Pullos’s case would go to trial and the judge then scheduled what “should be the final hearing” for April 8.

Pullos’s case was first heard last July following a head-on collision with Courtney Wilder last April. Wilder is also suing the actress for negligence in civil court.

Pullos and Wilder’s vehicles were totaled and Pullos had to be extricated with the jaws of life. Police allegedly found tequila and marijuana in her car and stated that “she smelled of alcohol and had slurred speech and glassy eyes.”

Wilder accuses Pullos of attacking first responders in a fit of “rage.” She claims that “Haley Pullos acted maliciously and without any regard for the safety of others, as evidenced by her rage when she was pulled from her vehicle by first responders … and yelling profanities in front of witnesses and directed toward those who were trying to help her.”

Wilder alleges that Pullos had to be sedated at the scene after assaulting a firefighter and screaming at him “to take his hands off her $400 f—ing shirt.”
