Y&R has been on air for decades, and over the years we have seen many beloved characters breathe their last recall The Young and The Restless Spoilers. And even though we know it is all fiction, it is still just so heartbreaking to see a character we have loved for so long, being laid to rest. We must admit, even a fictional goodbye is quite daunting.

Now, many speculations point that we might be heading for yet another heartbreak. The soap, in fact, has been building up to it for a very long time. As many Y&R fans will recall, Billy’s mom – Jill, has had heart issues for years. At one point, she even suffered a terrible heart attack. While she did survive that medical emergency, she may not be so lucky the next time!

The Young and The Restless Spoilers reveal that ever since Billy Abbott learned of his mother’s heart troubles, he has been working towards preserving her legacy in the company. If this is not a foreshadowing of a tragedy that’s to come, then what is? Besides, Jill hasn’t really had a centerstage storyline for a long-long time. So, we can see how this fits in.

Although, we would like to mention that just because the makers did not incorporate Jill in any juicy story in recent times, it is not like they couldn’t have. all things said and done, the feisty lady has had quite a colorful and prolific past on the soap. So, writing for her really should not have been that hard.

But then, we also must note that Y&R does have a really vast pool of characters and multiple storylines going at the same time. So, it does get quite difficult to give screen-time to all characters together. Having said that, we still hope Jill gets some banger storyline before it’s time for her to finally say goodbye.

We mean, who can ever forget the time when she jumped into bed with Jack Abbott, her step-son! That’s how fiery she was!
