Stefan told Gabi that EJ was getting her released that same day. Gabi freaked out as it was EJ who pushed so hard to have her imprisoned.

Gabi also knows there is a lot of bad history between them and EJ. So, Gabi wondered if EJ could double cross them.

While Stefan hinted he had leverage on EJ, he didn’t mention it was about Jude DiMera’s (Oliver McLarty) paternity.

Stefan is also keeping another secret from Gabi. That is that he slept with Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun). Fans might recall the animosity with Gabi when Ava started sleeping with Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering). So, that could break STABI just as they are reuniting.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) are searching for answers about Abigail. Fans might remember that Gabi and Abigail were close in high school and in their early 20s.

However, after Abigail faked her death in a plane crash, Chad moved on with Gabi. There were other storylines that pitted the friends against each other and they’ve never really gotten back to that BFF status. It was a friendship I truly enjoyed, so I would love to see Gabi play a part in Abigail’s rescue.

So, when Gabi learns that Clyde Weston (James Read) claims Abigail is alive, she might get involved. Especially since Clyde’s minions kept beating Gabi up in prison. Gabi specifically mentioned that during her last visit with Stefan.

Is it possible that since Gabi was targeted by Clyde, she might know some connections that could lead to answers about Abigail. If Gabi has changed, maybe it’s for the better.

Maybe Gabi suddenly won’t be so okay with Stefan’s secrets. Could Gabi earn redemption and be a hero by bringing Abigail home?
